“My car was recently detailed by your local guy named Ryan. Due to rain the appointment was made and rescheduled a couple of times. There was a day that looked like rain was possible, Ryan called asking if it was ok to do the detail on that day. My comment was "it's up to you". I had no reason or motivation to expedite the work - but i assumed Ryan had not worked for awhile due to rain and wanted to get the work done. Towards the end of his work it started to pour. He was trying to complete the carpet shampoo but the mats were left drenched - and they still stink. About a week passed and the smell never went away. I called the dispatcher and asked for a re-do of the carpet - and never heard back. That's the truth. Today I followed-up and was told it's been 3 weeks and the re-do will cost. Since when does workmanship have such a small window? I just moved my business here and a future sales opp. has been missed with my staff. ”

“At first, I thought that my car looked really great. After arriving home, I flipped my seats up and realized that they did not vacuum under my seats and left garbage in my car. I also realized that they shampood my mats but did not shampoo my carpets and did not clean on the sides of my seats either. For $229'i would think that wverything would be clean. I sent an email and submitted pictures. I would like a partial refund of my money. ”
