“Did not raise truck backseats to vacuum grass. Several small marks on paint I wiped off. Would have thought thorough cleaning process would have removed them. Nerf bars not cleaned. Maybe not part of the process. I vacuumed the grass, wiped off the marks on the paint and cleaned the nerf bars. Maybe they should have spent longer than 50 minutes. ”

“This young man did a good job with most of the car. He did not do a good job on the area of inside doors, trunk and sunroof. He also turned on a left on the hazard lights and my battery went dead, so I had to get a jump start. Not cool. I think he needs more training on detail as the car looked washed and clean but not detailed as I have had done before. No attempt was made to shine up the paint or chrome. The dirt left was unacceptable. He did not communicate well, I thought he was either very handicapped or stoned. Not sure as I am not a doctor. Think this was a waste of my money”

“The windows are smeared, the. Body you can see the how the wax was taken off and the top of the fender still needs wax
I am buying wax today to fix it
Also the top of the cab was hit and miss
