“Noted a number of scratches on the front that was not previously there. Engine light for the first time I have had this vehicle came on after work was finished. Was not warned that this might temporarily happen until after 30 minutes of making calls etc..”

“Only 2 small things detracted from the service. First was arrival time. My window was 10 am to noon. The techs did not arrive unil 12:30 pm
2nd - I found that the seat belts themselves were still looking pretty dirty. Perhaps this is not an area that normally gets much attention, but this car has light tan belts, and the dirt from years of use shows.
Otherwise, I was very happy with the job done by the techs. This car has not been so clean in a year!”
