“Last time I used your service you simply charged my credit card on file. This time I scheduled a large wash for my work vehicles and put a card on file, Later that night my employee on site told me your washed was trying to collect payment so I was confused. I didnt' leave him the credit card because I thought you would charge my card on file. I am still not sure if you have charged us for the order. ”

“The two gentlemen who came were extremely polite, However, I was disappointed in the service. The main reason I requested the service was to get the interior of my car thoroughly cleaned. My car was not in bad shape to begin with so I figured they would hone in on the seats and work to get the dirt and dingy look out. When I checked the car after completion, it still looked as if they had done nothing with the seats. The excuse was that they did not want to use a harsh chemical on the suede. Further, my engine was not wiped down. Lastly, later that day I went and picked up some wipes by Meguiar's to see if it would clean the seats. It did. I spent a 1/2 hr wiping my seats down to get some additional dirt off of them & other areas that were missed. Overall, I feel I could have just taken my car to get handwashed with the same result, but much cheaper. Lastly, they were not prepared to accept payment via credit card nor even their PayPal account. Too much..”
