“Alec was prompt, professional and friendly. He did a good job cleaning the car. Upon inspection, I pointed out some areas that could be improved. He quickly responded to my suggestions. I purchased the Titanium package and hoped that more could be done to buff the superficial imperfections (that had not cut into the paint). If I'd known that most of the imperfections would be unchanged, I would not have invested in this package. Lesson learned. ”
