“Great job. The interior looks decent now compared to what it use to be . I just really wanted the cat spray out of my car and for it to look desent.
I would suggest when sending out an text reminder. You should also remind clients to remove big items or instructions to prep the car for the service technician. I didn't know my service imcluded the trunk. i had items in my car which i believe prevented them from doing the trunk of my car. The service rep could of told me or ask me to remove stuff if i wanted it done.
