“Good serivce but my cars battery was dead and i had to go to the store to buy jumper cables to get it running again. Just turn off lights in the car before hand so the battery doesnt die so this could have been avoided ”

“He was at my house for barely an hour and I have a midsize SUV. Initially we were told 11:45 so went to run errands to be back in time, we were told at 10 that he’d actually be there at 10:45 but no one actually reached out to confirm that we were available given we had already scheduled our day around the previously given time. We had to stop what we were doing and race home, he was ahead of the 10:45 and was rude about the fact that we were late, which we arrived at 10:46 and he never directly reached out to us one time so I had no way to reach him and explain we were trying our best, dispatch tried to call him and he didn’t answer either so I absolutely tried. And he had an attitude the entire time. The car is clean but the experience sucked and we’ll try someone else next time ”
