“Everything was vacuumed and the stain spots addressed. The interior was not shampooed as was quoted and stated at the time of visit. The windshield was not touched once. I wiped things off myself after reviewing the work, there were several surfaces untouched. For my first detailing experience I am disappointed and paid too much. ”

“Today's service was not quite as good as my first encounter. I wish you would have sent the same guys I had the first time. My windows were not sparkling, the team did not have all the products they needed and my interior is not shining like the first job your service provided; moreover I was over charged for the job. The price was supposed to be a flat rate of 144$$$ but I was charged 158$$$ and some change. I need the extra amount to be refunded.....
