“Because I purchased the superior interior service, I expected that all of my interior stains would be removed. However, several stains still exist, and I had to look for my floor mats that were not replaced. The man who completed my service, however, was very good and kind and prompt and worked hard.”

“there were some areas in the vehicle that were not touched. the carpet stayed wet 2 days after the job was completed. i had to vacuum the floors myself.”
