“CJ was very friendly and professional however, I purposely went with the top of the line service since it included headlight restoration and this was not done. I was told I would have to make another appointment since it would take 45 minutes ”

“Our van interior is very clean. All previous stains and spills are gone. The dash looks very clean. He missed a cup holder tray. Also, our van now has a musty smell since it took so long to dry. We have been airing it out (doors and windows open) constantly, and can't get rid of the musty smell. Maybe an interior shampoo is better done on a cool dry, windy day in the spring or fall. Or maybe he used too much water.”

“Overall, the car is much cleaner. After the tech left, the customer noticed both windows and front windshield top edges were not touched. Windows were streaky - did not clean top parts of windows. Did not clean glovebox. three cup holders - missed one of the 3. Outside mirrors weren't cleaned at all. Excessive dressings on the interior - so much it was dripping wet. Did not clean floors mats - ran out of solution - price should have been adjusted. Did not even vacuum floor mats, left on side filthy. Wheels and tires not cleaned at all.Door trims not wipe down at all in read end. Tech was arrived in window, worked several hours. Tech asked to use Restroom when he arrived.. Nice guy, worked hard, friendly, but had issues on his detailing experience. ”
