“I was very excited to have the inside of car detailed. Unfortunately, I wasn't as excited with the results. My detailer did not have a steamer available for cleaning floor carpeting, floor mats and seatbelt straps. Also, missed cleaning inside at least 4 obvious compartments and marks. After he left, I found there were several marks of various sized on the hard surfaces around my vehicle which I was able to clean with a basic all-purpose cleaner. Last item I recall is the front seats were not vacuumed well in the seams of the leather. I was able to get some of the debris out with my fingers and a cotton swab. With the above said, the detailer was pleasant and took care of the items brought to his attention before he left. I failed to ask if the windows were cleaned inside even though I am not sure if it was part of the package. If not, I would recommend cleaning inside windows and cleaning seatbelts as a standard of the interior package. I hope you find this helpful. ~ Customer, SC ”
