“Car looked like new”

“The guy did awesome job with cleaning my car. I bought this car and previous owner had a dogs. Well smell was bad and also a lot to fur in my car..,but I will explain why 4.. I made an appointment and I was confirmed shortly., day before they needed to be on my pl, we had a lot of snow. I m understand when we have weather like that it's really tricky to do a cleaning. Well they apologize and ask me for reschedule time so we did. After again day before they approved that they will be at my house on time. No talk about weather or anything... Well I take a day off for that.. And they didn't not show up without saying anything. I called them and asked what is going on? Well they said because of weather and because it's cold we couldn't make it.. Well.. Why don't you tell me that before?.? Also I will recommend write a note on a web site saying that you are not working if it's to cold or snowing. Well.. After talking with them again they give me 10%discount and ask me to reschedule appoint”
