“I had selected the 10am-12pm window. They didn't arrive until after 2pm. I understand things happen and people run late, but there was no attempt to contact me or even let me know if a later time was convenient for me. Either way, the gentleman who took care of my vehicle were very nice and polite, and they did a good job. As far as the actual service, I don't have any complaints ”

“Detailer arrived late with bad communication after 2 phone calls for eta. Didn't complete entire interior blaming "mold" on hard surfaces. Very obvious that it is not mold and is just dusty/dirty black interior. Wanted to charge an additional $199 for mold removal which i declined. Proceeded to only clean and polish one of my 4 interior doors leaving it looking ridiculous. Also left grease marks on driveway. Will end up being more work and money to finish the half done job and clean up after. Will never use this service again.”

“I ordered a exterior cleaning only, And while it was pretty good, I was hoping the bad spots would look better, which wasn't the case. The problem I have is he went inside the cab and threw away 4 pairs of sunglasses, two glass cases, my sunscreen, and a pair of reading glasses. Also he used a gift bag (with gifts in it as a trash bag. The reason I started hunting around for my stuff. I am also allergic to the dressing used on interior surfaces...The main reason I opted for the exterior package. I was working inside the house at the time and didn't know he was working on the interior. If I had known I would have brought all my stuff that may look like trash in the house nor put my friend's gift in the truck so I wouldn't forget it!”
