“Overall, I was very happy with how clean my car was. My technician was prompt, personal and professional. However, there was an oil all over the buttons on my dash. Almost as if she forgot to wipe it off. My windshield was left dirtier than when she started.Once dusk arrived it was so bad that I couldn't see out of the windshield and I was forced to stop for windex wipes to clean it, the back windshield and the rear-view mirror.”

“I set my appointment window from 10-12, at 11:45 no one had called to give me an update on why there wasn't anyone at my house yet. I then called the 800 number on the website and asked what the deal was with my appointment and Jessica, the rep said she'd call the tech to see what their ETA would be. She then text me and asked if 1:30 would be ok for them to come out and I confirmed that 1:30 would be fine. Well....1:50 rolls around and still no one has shown up or called to say if they're coming or not. Finally at 1:55 the tech calls and tells me he's on his way. Cedric was the detail tech and he was very polite and had great customer service. He explained why they were late and it was an understandable reason. I have leather seats in my truck and I needed them conditioned and buff out really well and i don't feel I got that for the price I paid. I spent over $400 on this detail, I feel like they should've taken the individual seats out and polished them one at a time. ”
