“It was more of a an in- home car wash than actual detailing. This is a brand new car and mine was a gold package. The exterior of the car was not cleaned completely - esp at the sides in the lower parts between the doors on either side. Same issues with frames where doors close on to. In the inside , seats were good- but no attention to detail on the plastic framework areas.
Anyways, this was a trial and I got my answer- am not intending to come back ”
