“The window was scheduled from 8am-11am. I cleared my morning, took time off work, arranged for my daughter's care, emptied the car, planned my work day and meetings around this time frame.
The morning of the apt, I got a text saying tech would arrive 10:30. He did not arrive until after 12pm.
By that point, I had to adjust my schedule and plans and it really impacted the day. My husband had to alter his plans as well and was there when the tech arrived, who did not comment on or apologize for being outside the set timeframe.
The work itself was acceptable, however not outstanding in any way. There were some crumbs around, etc.”
