They are retracting boards, so it could be they didn't remember towards the tail end of the detail and the doors were closed... My fault for letting them leave before a thorough inspection. I'm sure they would have done them if asked at the end...”

“Did not raise truck backseats to vacuum grass. Several small marks on paint I wiped off. Would have thought thorough cleaning process would have removed them. Nerf bars not cleaned. Maybe not part of the process. I vacuumed the grass, wiped off the marks on the paint and cleaned the nerf bars. Maybe they should have spent longer than 50 minutes. ”
