“I thought the truck bed was supposed to be washed? The tono cover is easy to push back. The floor mats also have lots of dirt. The guys were nice enough, working in the cold and rain, but for $244, I expected a little bit cleaner. ”

“They did a beautiful job on my vehicle. However I wasn’t told until the end that I was going to be charged $40 extra. What is the point of the initial inspection? The crew was very polite but did not understand English very well. Communication was very difficult. Because of this and your policy of not notifying customers up front of additional charges I will not be using your company any more. ”

“I was very pleased with the person doing the service on the car. He was easy to work with and did a great job. I was surprised I was charged the full amount when they were not able to do the wash or wax on the outside of the car due to the weather. I would think that would be a good part of the price, but I was extremely pleased with the work that was done.”
