“Tech arrived and was pleasant but never introduced herself by name to me. I had to remind her to do the engine compartment. There are small areas on the headliner and rocker panels that should have been spot cleaned but weren't. ”

“I accidentally booked the superior interior package for my husbands truck cleaning - and while this was my fault I was disappointed that the exterior didn’t get cleaned. This is my fault. However the technician continually kept making comments on how my husbands interior was not even that dirty, and given the amount of time he did have/was paid for his service the interior should have been spectacular. His truck is still pretty dirty inside. There are crumbs between the seats, food on the center console & on the gear shifter, and dust everywhere. To spend $250 for a super interior wash for a truck that was not even “that dirty” it should be absolutely spotless. I’m pretty disappointed in our service and happy to send photos.”
