“Emmanuel was AMAZING! After the disastrous first group., Emmanuel made it up for them. I hope that he gets paid additional. He spent a long time fixing their errors. He said that they missed so much and was shocked when I told him they were done with 2 cars in 2 1/4 hours. He spent 6 1/2 hours at my house doing one full car, and 2 “touch ups”. They had to be almost completely redone. Emmanuel deserves double pay. I tipped him a large tip for his work. He was kind on top of it all. He needs to be rewarded by your company!! He plus a HUGE asset to your company and I am now very satisfied. If someone asks if I would refer your company, the answer is now yes, as long as you get Emmanuel. ”

“I had two cars that were supposedly complete in a little over 2 hours! It’s was supposedly to take 3 hours per car. The amount of filth and dirt that was not taken care of was bad. The steering wheel was covered in dirt. The windshields were not cleaned. On the van, it looks like they were possibly washed, but the streaks made it difficult to drive at night! The cup holder and the armrest compartment Wasn’t cleaned. The van had stains on the leather seats. The carpet was dirty on the civic and not completely vacuumed on one side. I am sending this again, as I had already planned on my daughters car to be done this weekend. I also demanded I get the other two cleaned correctly. I scheduled Saturday, then they canceled to Monday due to weather, but I needed Sunday. So it was scheduled for Sunday morning. Last night I get a text that they are coming Saturday??The amount of errors by this company should be addressed. I haven’t had an owner or manager call after I requested. ”
