“Called at 1:30pM to say that they were running late. I thought they may not show again, but they arrived late at 3PM. Except for that everything was perfect. Will use them again when needed.”

I found Spotless online and initiated the detailing process and they called within 5 minutes and were available to come to me within 2 hours. “Very disappointed with the inside detail.. Guy knocked said he was done I looked and couldn't believe all the stains that looked like they didn't even try to shampoo the seats or try to remove them. I said to the guy look at all those stains.. He grabbed a dirty rag and wiped over them and said they would be gone when it dried.. They look worse then they did before the detail... 180 some bucks for that. Absolutely not!! It needs fixed.. Thank You!!
