“Had 3 vehicles scheduled, only one was done then the technicians left after apologizing for problems with their scheduler. Also, interior was not wiped down, when I asked the technician, he stated this was not included in the service, but according to Cardetaiing.com, it was supposed to be included”

“My car looks fantastic, my car charger was put on top of my car and lost though. And customer service is a joke. The guy was so rude and then hung up on me. I would directly hire the guys who cleaned it, but wouldn't go through car detailing.com again because of the customer service rep. ”
