“The people who came were very nice, so I just want to make that clear, and their work was decent. I had 2 big issues with this appointment. 1) I was told that I would be getting serviced at 3pm. 315 came and no one had arrived NOR called me to tell me what was going on. I had to call into your customer service line only to be told that the REAL appointment was now at 4PM, mind you if I hadn't called no one was going to tell me this. 4 o'clock came and still no one. I received a call from the hotline saying that it was now going to be closer to 5PM that I would he getting serviced. Again the communication was quite abysmal overall. 2) The carpet to my hatchback trunk never even got looked at. I opened it this morning inly to find it was never cleaned. I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know. I was offered a HUGE 10% discount for my troubles...The only reason I have this rating a 2.5 is because the guys who came did a good job on the stuff that they actually remembered.”
