“I expected to have the car clay bar, but that was not done. Communication with him was difficult as he didn’t speak English. He used a translated app on his phone but he didn’t address the clay bar. I also expected a hand wax to be a wax that is applied and dries to a cloudie look then removed once dried. I mentioned that to the tech so he did pul out a wax but removed it without letting it dry. Since the car was cleaned, I decided to hand wax it myself. I got rid of most of the grit the clam bar would have. He did do a very good job of cleaning the wheels and interior. ”
