“The team was an hour and a half late. No one called to let me know they would be late. They didn’t apologize or mention it when they showed up. They seemed to be in a real rush. They advertise the service should take 3-4 hours. These guys were here for an hour twenty minutes max. I had gone outside to throw something away and they had pulled the car in over the hose which they neglected to put back and the guys were missing. A lot of attention to detail was missed - bug spots on the front bumper and mirrors. Doesn’t look like they touched the windshield at all. I had a few items in my car which they casually discarded on the floor of my garage. When they finally rang the doorbell to let me know they were finished they didn’t show me their work product or ask if there was anything I thought they missed. Full service car washes even give you that decency and redo something if you point it out. You can’t tell me they steam cleaned my carpets in that amount of time. Not the customer service or experience I would expect given the $509 price tag. I tipped them when I should have (certainly less than I normally would have had they done the job I was expecting.). I would not reuse this service. ”
