“I paid $305 cash to the technician for the Most Popular Platinum Detail Package. He did a good job on the upholstery and carpet. The tires still looked dirty and there were small areas of dirt on the surface that he didn't get. Overall, the tech took a lot of time and worked hard.”

“For $190 I expected a greater attention to detail I pointed out several areas that were missed and they were only here for 30 minutes I'm not convinced they clay bared the paint surface. I'm still finding polish that wasn't buffed.”

“Detailer was great and I gave a good tip. But the service by the company was poor. Set an expected time of 2 pm-5 pm to have car ready for detailer, at 2 changed to 3, at 3 changed to 4:30, at 4:30 changed to 5:30, at 5:30 told it would be 5:15 PM. I wasted my day waiting for the detailer...would have been much better to talk to the detailer than the middle man company who kept yanking the time back. Can't say I would use you again. Your office closed by 5:30 and there was no way to contact the detailer...who eventually showed up at 6:15 PM!!!! I waited so long that I had him do the detailing which took 1.75 hours. He said his first car of the day at 10:00 AM had cat hair which took an extra hour. I was not his last detail of the day, so I feel sorry for the person who had to wait till 8 PM for him to come. Hope they weren't told the same as me that he would expect to arrive between 1-5 PM!!! ”
