“Please vet your technicians before. I had no idea who was arriving and thought I hired an experienced business. I paid $500 for literally a $200 detail service I could have gotten had I taken my car to a car wash. I was not impressed and will never use detail.com again. Guy did a great job on the exterior but did not wipe down the mirrors inside nor steering wheel nor do the job I thought I was paying for. He was a random detailer and took more than 6 hours to complete the job to where it was dark outside once he was complete. No offense I respect the hustle just not what I would have paid for that level of service.”

“Had to remind tech to wipe down engine compartment. I never saw him use a clay bar on the surface and the wax was a spray on not a high quality wax by hand. I probably would not use him again. I was able to watch him through a camera on my carport.”

“I can’t remember the name of the tech but he was kind and friendly. However I paid for the whole interior to be completed and it appears he didn’t even clean the windows. Also we are now a few days out and our van is smelling again so the odor removal didn’t work for our carpet. He did an excellent job removing many of the stains we had on the carpet and cleaning the seats but unfortunately there was so residue spray on our window shield that took quite some effort for me to clean off. Considering I spent $164 I’m quite disappointed. My biggest regret is not noticing this at the final walkthrough. I guess live and learn. I will not be using detail.com again”
