“The Rep was on time, and friendly, The Process only took about 1 hr. Which made me think.....did I get a good Hard shell Paste wax or some spray on. I was not there at the end, but my guess was a spray on, and that is not what I expected for that kind of money.
Please let me know.......That will tell me if I can go 3 months or 6 months.

“The first tech didn't even show up and the second tech was an hour late from the time he said he would be there. He started detailin at 9pmy when it was already dark. He didn't bring any lights to illuminate the vehicle. He left at around 1230 am before I had inspected the vehicle. It didn't get to ispect the vehicle until the next day there several areas that still needed attention. The gas cap area, the door hinges, leaves under the hood and o spare tire, and left a film on my left rear tail light.”

“Chris didn't do everything that I paid for in the Super Interior package, the cloth seats and carpet inside weren't double deep cleaned because i got dusts from the creases of the seats, he didn't put UV protection stating it was too hot to put one on, in which he could have deducted that from the bill, door jambs are still dirty and not all interior compartments are wiped clean. I want part of my money back! So DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED! ”
