“To be quite honest the gentleman was incredibly nice and spent hours on the car. It was not for a lack of trying but I was expecting a perfect job for the price I paid. There were visible nooks and crannies that were not touched, stains in the cup holders that I was able to remove with a magic eraser, and dirt on the plastic surfaces I was able to remove with a magic eraser. I’m pretty sure that would qualify as not properly sanitized which I paid an additional fee for. I do not believe this was the result of a poor job rather than needing different or upgraded tools. I was hoping to have been blown away and unfortunately I was not. The car looks amazing and this could be me being nit picky but I would not use your company in the future. Thank you so much and have a great day! Also, there was no tip included with the payment but I did tip in cash as I felt he worked very hard today!”
