“I came home after work today and was excited to see my freshly detailed suv. Unfortunately it was not cleaned very well. There is still sand in the seams between trim and still dust on the dashboard. There are fingerprints on the rear view mirror and the front window is still dirty too. I also noticed a little dog hair too. I sent the tip having not seen the work yet but assumed it was done to a high standard. Some parts of the car look clean but overall I am extremely disappointed and probably wont use detail.com again unless you make this right. ”

“He was friendly and doing his job. After a while he looked like he didn't wanna do anything when he open the trunk looked like he didn't wanted to clean it. But thats my bad. But i have looked and seen some parts in the interior that was still dirty to my eye. Overall though worth it I guess. But the price for that service could be lowerd.”

“This was the worst example of 'detailing' that I've ever seen. I'm certain we would have gotten much better results with $50 at the car wash. In no way do I believe we got leather conditioning or nanoprotection on the paint... hell it wasn't even free of SEVERAL obvious smudges that came clean with the most minimum of effort. I'd be hard pressed to believe your guy even knows what a detailing is. I doubt you could possibly make it up to me other than a 100% refund. The only recommendation I could I possibly give for your services is avoid them at all cost.”
