“The tech was great. I would give him a 5. Scheduling was very difficult and for some reason, my balance of $20 that I paid on line was not processed. The $20 was also not in the quote given to my husband when he purchased the gift certificate. Plus, when looking online, my vehicle size says $259, not $279. Never the less, I would like to figure out how to pay the remaining $20 since I do not see it on my credit card. ”

“I did not tip 190.00. I supposedly paid extra for buffing (which in they saying light wasn’t much improvement) I was told that was 125. Then told to clean my seats would also be extra 35.00. I agreed to both additional charges. Guy posed my neighbors off and my windows has smears. Again could t tell in the dark. I tipped him in cash. Please fix this”
