“The tech did not vacuum out the trunk of the car or clean around the opening of the trunk. He also did not remove markings left on the windshield by the police when they recovered my car. I had to scrape those off myself. He also did not re-secure the floor mats to the floor after washing. ”

“Overall, the technicians seemed to be in a rush. They were in and out in less than an hour. A lot of hair and dirt still in the vehicle, and they seemed very disinterested in the job. I didn’t want to press the issue because they seemed stressed so I just paid and let them leave.”
