“The passenger compartment was not cleaned, it was still dirty. My seats were not steamed cleaned, there was still dog hair in the car.”

“The inside was done very well! No complaints with that, except for the windows which were extremely streaky. The exterior was not done very well at all. Dirt left and streaky chrome all over. I have pictures of all of this I would like to send. Not very happy with that at all. Plus, I was charged for excessive pet hair which I didn’t have(see before pics). ”
