“Your service is advertised as a "Detail" service but in reality, it is more akin to a good wash service. I have no complaints about the "wash" but there appeared to be details left out of the "detail" portion of the service. The tech that did the job was great and I tipped him accordingly but like the old lady in the commercial famously asked... "where's the beef?" but in this case it's "where's the detail"?
