“The gentleman was very nice and polite. When he said he was finished, I was a bit concerned with the lack of attention to the interior. Until I put the convertible top down, it was apparent it hadn’t even been wiped down. I showed him what I wanted and he took care of the obvious areas. The front interior windshield was never cleaned at all. I am disappointed. Again, the young man was very nice, I get the feeling with a bit more guidance he will understand better the expectations of your clients ”

“There are smudges all over the wind shield. Did not roll windows down to clean the whole window there is a stripe of dingy along top of all windows. The mats are very slick.”

I paid $291 plus a $40 tip. I think the inside of my car should've been impeccable, he was there for two hours which I think would be fine. The last guy was there for five. ”
