“The technician did a terrific job on my Jeep Wrangler. He was on time and a hard worker. One problem though. He didn’t carry a product like ArmorAll. So my bumpers which are a hardened rubber like most cars look faded. This is a “Detail “ business and that is a detail that should have been handled…especially for the price. Not sure that I’ll use them again.”

“My car was cleaned but it was not detailed. The vents weren’t cleaned, the dashboard had cleaner residue (not buffed), the windshield had cleaner residue, and upon entering the car it is clear that the doors were only cleaned while closed (the edges have dust and dirt). The outside of the car looked good, except on door latches. He also did a good job shampooing the cloth seats but for $270 (platinum package) I expected better quality service. ”
