“The tech person was wonderful and kind. However your website needs to be more clear for payments. I had filled it out online unaware there were choices or didn't understand the choices because they were not clear and got really concerned at first thinking I had paid, my card info was online on file and the tech person asked for payment. IF your website is more clear that would not have happened. Otherwise I am grateful for a cleaner car!! It would be helpful to know ahead of time, if the extra seat cushions and back rests can't be washed by your tech person. I was unaware that that was not an option, I would have cleaned them ahead of time, I can't drive the car without them due to my size. It should be stated on the website that those kinds of things are not included. I appreciate her explaining in more detail, to have the car running with internal circulation for 30 min or so after the cleaning, THEN to have windows open, until dark. Then again the next day. 48 hours non-stop isn't always possible for weather or location. Providing options would be helpful guidance on the website and email follow ups.”
