“I paid nearly $300 for a service that included stain removal. The person “detailing” my car was here for half the time that was quoted. After my car finally completely air dried I noticed stains that weren’t even attempted to be removed. I also noticed small dark marks on the interior of my car that weren’t there before. He said he tried to remove the stains but they couldn’t be… I went out and scrubbed the stains myself and they lifted immediately. It’s as if he didn’t even try to actually clean the car. All the attention to detail you advertised is false. ”
