“On the request I noted that I did not have an outdoor water source. I booked the Premium package. It was rescheduled multiple times due to weather. My window was 12-3 and the driver showed up at 3:15pm. He said he could only do the interior due to his “truck being frozen”. I offered to reschedule again, because I wanted the exterior cleaned. After all that the technician did not tell me what the discounted rate would be for the lesser service. The interior cleaning job was well done, but I did not get the service I wanted and dealing with the technician was frustrating. ”
