We were asked if Tuesday morning would work, and we agreed. The technician, Julian was very friendly and professional. He did the best he could, and I would definitely have him back to detail our 2 cars. But I won't use detail.com. The pricing is a little on the high end for the service provided (which includes the rescheduling).”
