“The car is still wet ---will not dry and starting to smell again. It needs dryers and a wet/dry vacuum. So so frustrating. You guys have been here twice. It has been two weeks. Cannot drive my car. 2 - since the problem maybe larger than you guys can handle ---- I wish someone just admitted it. Customer service is passable at best ”

“The detailing was great. Cars look and smell brand new, and our car seat for our messy 2 year old are squeaky clean! Had to dock a point for service that came way too late though. Had an 8-11 window for arrival and the tech did not arrive until noon. ”
