“Lance was excellent, The only disappointing fact, was that I purchased the platinum package for the detail inside, and the headlight restore. Lance said he could not restore the headlights. You should not add that to your packages if you cant do it.”

“Not all of the hood and roof had been buffed etc., leaving one side shiny and the other side shiny but the film is still very visible. Also, the windows were not cleaned well. Still a lot of straks on the inside.”

“They were punctual, professional and parts of the services provided were great - specifically the tires and vacuuming were fantastic! However, some of the items on the list were not done. For example, the windows weren't done to satisfaction, there was sand from the beach still in one of the door jambs and the dash of all three vehicles didn't apear to be touched. We were testing your company for future services of 30 cars per month and based on results, we won't be using your services again.”
