“very seamless reservation/scheduling process, technician right on time , did very good job . Only issue is he did not believe me when I reassured him there was no vomit in the car. He insisted there was based on what he thought he smelled and didn’t want to clean that area. ”

“Wheels were not cleaned or polished.they weren’t touched. Carpets not shampooed. Stains remained. Basically, only received a wash, buff and wax. Door jams not washed down. Back cargo area not touched. Inside front window not cleaned you could wipe your finger through it. Leaves and dirt on side of open hood. Husband spent 4 hours already today finishing the job and still hasn’t finished the wheels. ”
