“I’m not satisfied with the detailing of my car. The thing I wanted most, water stains on paint and windows was not removed. Also under the hood the windshield washer wasn’t refilled and the motor was not cleaned. Do I have any recourse in this matter such as having the job done to my satisfaction or refund?”

“They did a good job, they were on time, and worked hard. I think for a detail though, you’re hoping for a great/excellent job. There were a few marks on the inside of my car I easily wiped off with my finger after service. I think if I can get it off with my finger, it should be taken care of during the detail. Aside from that, they were kind and made the car look great! ”
