“Communication is key. Was told to be on the look out for a white GMC Savana van and it was 3 minutes away. I called again and was told they were stuck in traffic. 45 mins later they arrived. We got off immediately on the wrong foot. The detail person argued with me upon arrival. Do not send him to us again should we choose to use your service. I tipped not because of service, but because it's customary. I'm not asking much but I expect to get what I pay for... this service was highly overpriced and I left wanting more. ”
