“My car was cleaned but it was not detailed. The vents weren’t cleaned, the dashboard had cleaner residue (not buffed), the windshield had cleaner residue, and upon entering the car it is clear that the doors were only cleaned while closed (the edges have dust and dirt). The outside of the car looked good, except on door latches. He also did a good job shampooing the cloth seats but for $270 (platinum package) I expected better quality service. ”

“Seats are left soaked, puddle of water left in gear stick, mirrors and windows are foggy, trashed lifted all on the floor of the parking lot, broken cords because of water damage. ”
