“When I made the appointment online for a technician to come and detail the car, it said $225 was the cost. Then when the technician was at my daughter’s home working on my car, I received a text message that said it was going to be $304. I went out to the technician and said I wanted to know why it popped up from 225 to 304. He said because of tax and tip. He said that charge of 20% automatically gets put on there for a tip. That is not what it showed online when I made the reservation. So he then made a phone call and got it knocked down to $270… Still not the 225 that I was expecting it to cost… It was getting dark out and it was raining and I didn’t really get a good look at my car, but I can tell you that the windshield was not cleaned. Definitely unsatisfied and will not use your service again. I can’t send pictures because the windshield is wet. The phone isn’t good enough to show smudges and stuff on the windshield. I’m not lying about this, but it is what it is and I’m sure the proper thing will be done. ”

“my car is cleaner but there was no attention to detail. they were in and out within an hour. I added the pet hair package and there was still hair under the seats and doors. residue left from whatever cleaning products used. spots on the doors that were completely missed.I do not recommend this company ”

“Parts of the inside is still dirty, and the front bumper has product on it still. I’m highly disappointed in the outcome. I was charged an additional 76.00 and I’m not sure why not to mention, they were there for an hour maximum. ”
