“I don't think Adrian understands the concept of 'detailing'. The exterior looks OK, but there are areas (fog lights) that didn't even get washed. I have spent an hour this morning trying to finish the interior, but it's difficult for me because of arthritic joints. He spent 3.5 hrs mainly shampooing the carpets and mats and upholstery. It's been 16 hours since he finished and they are still too wet to use . I'll try to attach pictures...”
