“I like that the shampoo doesn't have a strong smell, since I have allergies. I like that your service person has a disability which he is able to explain clearly and work around just fine. I like that you employ a disabled person because his disability in no way keeps him from doing the job and that is exactly how it should be.”

“the work done on the detailing was fine. the process getting there was not! We provided credit card up front and the first two days were ignored. We were asked to resubmit (which i almost did not do) and then received a call stating a time and day...which differed from the email confirmation. then, the actual person doing the detailing showed up at 5:45 pm from a scheduled 2-4 pm window.
Lastly, the detailer accidentally pushed a button in the dash which triggered a warning light that took a couple hours to diagnose...
Again, the work itself was good, but getting there was bad.”
