“Have been waiting to arrange this detail for some time. Very excited about the drive-to-you service. Car looks much better, but a few things weren’t wiped down. Big job, big vehicle so generally s good effort. ”

“Unfortunately, now that the car is dry and the smell of cleaning products has subsided, my car STILL smells like vomit. This prompted me to take a closer look and there are still visible affected areas. I did specifically point out these areas to the technician BEFORE the cleaning and therefore did not think I had to closely inspect these areas. I really would like for these areas to be cleaned again, since my car is only 5 months old and I don’t want long-term damage to it. That was what prompted me to have it professionally cleaned in the first place. Pretty disappointed. ”
